If you were trying to sell to the entire baseball market at once, a single Major League Baseball channel could make sense; if you were trying, however, to sell Red Sox memorabilia to people who live in the southern part of the United States' a 'Red Sox fans in Dixieland' channel would be more targeted and effective at generating sales. What might be the most effective, however, could be a 'Red Sox fans in Alabama' channel because Red Sox fans living in Alabama would perceive this channel to have content highly relevant to them and would undoubtedly subscribe in high numbers.
